Accessibility Statement

Following a thorough technical and manual analysis of the website pages and functionalities, we provide a complete, clear and compliant accessibility statement in line with European regulations (EAA, WAD), informing users about the website’s level of accessibility and any planned improvements.

Compliance status

Based on automated and manual tests carried out on all public pages of the website, including main structural elements and dynamic components, the website is declared not compliant with the accessibility requirements set out by the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is currently not compliant with WCAG 2.2 requirements for the following reasons:

  • Structure: missing a unique <h1> tag and irregular heading hierarchy;
  • Header / Footer: incomplete landmarks and low semantic structure; missing skip-to-content links and logo without alt text;
  • Images: numerous images lack alternative text or have non-descriptive alt attributes;
  • Navigation menu: labels are not always clear; keyboard focus is missing or poorly visible;
  • Links and buttons: generic or non-descriptive texts; missing aria-labels and inconsistent calls to action;
  • Sliders and galleries: navigation arrows lack accessible labels and focus management;
  • Contact forms: labels not correctly associated with fields; privacy and submit button to be verified;
  • Navigation sidebar: not visible on mobile devices, limiting access to secondary content;
  • Visible focus: weak or missing on some elements, making keyboard navigation difficult.

Planned corrective actions

A technical remediation plan is currently underway to progressively resolve the issues listed above. The goal is to bring the website into full compliance with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) within the established deadlines. During this transition phase, the customizable accessibility widget InclusivitySite EasyAccess, based on Iubenda technology, will be integrated to support user navigation.
